Where is my order?

After we ship your package, it might take an additional 24-48 hours to show up in the USPS tracking system.

Under normal circumstances, USPS delivers Ground Advantage packages within 5 business days. Sometimes packages get misrouted or delayed, and very occasionally they get lost. If you think there's a problem with your package, reach out to our customer support team, and we will assist you.

What is Full-Spectrum?

Full-Spectrum CBD products contain all the cannabinoids that were present in the hemp. This includes CBG, CBN, and even trace amounts of THC (less than 0.3%). Plus terpenes, flavonoids, and cannaflavins. Research suggests that all these compounds work together to achieve greater therapeutic effects than any one compound would on its own. This is what’s known as the Entourage Effect.

Broad-Spectrum CBD is often used for products whose THC has been remediated to near 0.0%. This can be done in a laboratory to achieve the strictest compliance standards. These products may still have other cannabinoids like CBG and CBN. CBD Isolate is, theoretically, pure CBD. It’s usually sold as a powder. Good isolate should be 99.9+% pure. When it’s lower in purity especially, there could be tiny trace amounts of THC or other cannabinoids. *All Lucky Elk products are Full-Spectrum and less than 0.3% THC*

How do you grow your hemp? 

Through our farming, we regenerate the land and community. We build a lot of compost! And we mulch our fields like crazy with the best alfalfa available. We use cover crops and rotational grazing. 

We never use chemical fertilizers or pesticides. For almost a decade, we’ve enriched and enlivened the land. We’ve shared our bounty with so many folks and have been inspired by so many others. We also teach & have setup mentoring for the the next generation of farmers through hands-on internships. We grow our hemp with hope.

My flower is too dry/wet... what can I do?

We ship all hemp flower with 62% hydration packets. If your flower arrives too dry/wet, see our Moisture Level Blog for tips on drying and/or rehydrating.

Do you take returns?
