Order Says Delivered, But It’s Missing?
Check with your local post office and neighbors—sometimes packages take unexpected detours.
If it’s still missing, reach out to us at hello@luckyelk.com, and we’ll file a claim with USPS to help resolve the issue.
Returned to Sender?
If your package is marked Return to Sender due to an address issue, email us at hello@luckyelk.com, and we’ll help get it back on track.
