"Ordered a 1g jar and it was great then I ordered a 3. 5 jar because it was soooo good but this time was different super dry so dry you could use your fingers to take it out the jar I sent pics to customer service asked to exchange for a good jar. Nope!!! only offered 50% refund and sent me a link on how to fix dried out hash should you have to do all that when buying the top premium rosin? I've had better quality out of there cheap rosin just surprised that this happened with lucky elk there stuff is always top notch guess there's a first time for everything"
