can be hit or miss

"Lucky Elk does a great job with packaging no complaints there, however I would like to suggest adding an additional tier of cold packing for say $20 that includes a styrofoam lining for the box and a better cold pack. These cold packs and insulation are good for protecting from short term heat damage but they aren't adequate for maintaining a cold temp to your door. Having 2 levels of cooling to choose from would be a nice option since you don't always want it to arrive frozen either."
