Our Temple Ball Reserve is produced in small batches by a rising New England hashmaker with deep roots in traditional hash craftsmanship. As each ball is worked by hand, trichome glands rupture and release their resinous oils, creating the distinctive greasy exterior and pliable texture associated with properly made temple balls.

During the 3–6 month cure, the resin continues to transform. Myrcene can gradually convert into hashishene, a rare terpene associated with the earthy, spicy aroma that distinguishes aged hash from fresh cannabis. When stored properly in a cool, dark environment, Temple Ball Reserve can continue to mature over time, allowing its aroma, texture, and complexity to evolve long after it is made.

How Does Bubble Hash Rating Work?

Bubble hash ratings are an informal system used by solventless hash makers and consumers to describe how refined and clean a resin is when heated. As a general rule, higher-rated hash contains purer trichome heads with less contaminating plant material, waxes, and residual debris.

Full Melt (6-Star)

Pure trichome heads that liquefy clean when dabbed, leaving little to no residue. Often sourced from select micron ranges (e.g., 73–159µ) and multiple washes. Connoisseur grade—best by dab.
