    Is buying and shipping THCa legal?

    THCa is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill as long as the product contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. However, laws vary by state, so it’s important to check your local regulations before purchasing. At Lucky Elk, all of our THCa products are lab-tested to ensure compliance and quality.
